We were on a bike tour and spent one night here. They gave us a safe spot for our bikes, and the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and everyone on staff was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We'd happily return.

We had to cut our stay short for family reasons, and the hotel refunded the unused nights without any trouble. We really appreciated that kindness. It's a lovely new place, clean and cozy, with very helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast could offer more variety, though there's definitely enough to eat. We'd love to come back. Thanks for the hospitality!

After more than 40 days cycling around Turkey and staying in plenty of hotels, Ottoman Şükrü Efendi Hotel in Ordu was easily my best experience. They even looked after my bike before I had officially checked in, helped me locate a 24-hour pharmacy, and sent me off with espresso in my bike bottle. That kind of hospitality makes me want to return to Ordu just for this hotel. The rate was modest for a 3-star place, while the quality felt comparable to top 5-star experiences. The elegant atmosphere, useful touches like bath sponges and shaving kits, varied, high-quality breakfast, and staff who spoke fluent English all stood out.
