We booked the three-night, four-day holiday package tour before New Year. Room service was poor, there was no thermal water coming through in the rooms, and no cleaning was done. The thermal spa room is meant for 3-5 people, but it wasn't warm enough. One star from me.

I had to cut my weeklong stay short when my BP shot up. Until then, it was excellent. The room and hot tub were great and tidy, and the rest of the surroundings were clean. The amenities and service were lovely, but the many dishes and deli menus didn't suit my health. At my age, as a Filipino, I have to stay away from oily food. The prices are very reasonable, and I'd strongly recommend using the services they offer.

The food was poor, the open buffet felt stingy, and the service came with a funny excuse for everything. The rooms smelled like sewage, and there was no air conditioning, safe, tea or coffee, or access for wheelchairs or prams. I also don't think they have any safety standards. Google calls it five star, but when we arrived they told us it wasn't, and said they didn't know why it was listed that way. This has to be the worst hotel in all of Turkey.

The food and thermal water were great, and it wasn't expensive.
