Those cafe and activity tips from the staff really helped make our visit more enjoyable. Everyone was friendly and ready to help, and breakfast was nice. The hotel is in a perfect spot.

My daughter has autism, and the hotel understood what that meant for our stay. They switched rooms to better fit our needs and were always there to help. The kind, polite staff made everything easy and pleasant. Thanks to everyone at Han Dalyan for making the stay worthwhile.

The pool sits in the middle, with sunbeds all around it, and the location is quiet, about a 4 minute walk from the bars, restaurants, and river. Munat, the manger, was so helpful and took care of everything we needed. The hotel also has great balconies, a bar, and breakfast. About the hot water, please don't be put off by the negative reviews. The building is solar powered, so you need to let the tap run for 5 minutes. Thanks so much to everyone.

The room got too bright after dark, which was a bother. Breakfast was mediocre in 05/2024, maybe because it was the off season, and it seemed we were the only guests then. The place is a little old, though not too bad. The pool was fine, and parking was great.

We waited an hour for a room, and once inside there was no hot water for a shower and no curtains. We had paid for breakfast, then were told there wasn't any. The heating and air conditioning also had problems. Staff tried their best to find a solution, and I don't blame them. Still, this was an unscrupulous establishment. Don't go to this hotel.
