Atik Palace Hotel

It was easy to get around from here, with Osmanbey Metro Station and bus stops only a short walk away. We slept comfortably, the bed was great, and the heating worked perfectly over New Year. The hotel was clean, rooms were tidied daily, and the staff were kind and fair. They even offered us a free room upgrade before we arrived. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and water and tea were always available. Very good value, and I'd gladly stay again.

The room is quite small and really only suits two people, so I wouldn't bring large suitcases. Breakfast was fresh and nice, the location is superb, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The problem was the thin wall. I could hear the people next door talking, and every night at 10:30 PM I had to call reception to ask them to tell the neighbors to keep their voices down so I could sleep.

Only stayed one night, but it was a good experience. We were given a free upgrade from an economy room to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The room was roomy and the hotel is central. It was sparkling clean, breakfast had lots of choices and tasted good, and the reception team and other staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help.

The room I got was very different from the one shown online. The bedding and bed had stains, the bathroom smelled so bad it was hard to bear, and noise from outside and other rooms came through clearly. The building itself felt old, dark, and tucked into a corner, nothing like the large, attractive place in the pictures. It looks as if the photos may have been AI edited. This felt like a scam. Foreign visitors should be careful: many hotels in Turkey edit their pictures, and the real place may not match. Better to see the room in person first.
