The reception staff were particularly warm and welcoming, and everyone was kind and helpful. Our room looked lovely, and the place felt cozy. The bakery has a good selection too, and the croissant was delicious. I'd definitely try their baked goods.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the hotel staff were happy to help with anything we asked, even arranging a visit to a local barbershop ;) The hotel was clean, the breakfast tasted great, and the people working there were kind. I can recommend staying here.

Sudem and her Mum welcomed me so warmly that I felt like part of the family, and my cats were happy there too. The apartments have lovely views, and the hotel's right in the center of Giresun. My room was neat, and the dining area was nice. Breakfast was amazing, they always made sure I started the day well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself is beautiful. I had such a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone staying in town. Thank you, ladies! Stay in touch :)

My little pup was happy here too, since the place is pet friendly. I’ve spent 10 years traveling the world and staying somewhere different each night, and this is one of the best places I’ve found. It feels brand new, modern, super clean, and beautiful throughout, with everything you need and amazing value for money. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and breakfast is included and amazing. It's opposite the Black Sea, close to local sights, restaurants, and shops. I really don't want to leave!

On my way from Rize to Istanbul, I looked online for somewhere to rest and found this hotel. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I especially remember Mr. Efe at reception, who was kind and respectful. Thanks so much. I hope to come back 💐
