The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helped us with parking. It's right in the centre, but surprisingly quiet for that location.

We asked for a no-smoking room and were delighted to get a genuinely smoke-free one. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the staff were welcoming and very helpful. There's free parking right next to it, and it's in the middle of the city. We'd definitely stay again.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean. It's right in the center, the location is excellent, and parking is available. Very good overall, though the beds are a bit old.

There’s open and covered parking, tea available around the clock, and the price is reasonable. The staff are cheerful, the rooms spotless, and breakfast is good. What more could you ask for? Thanks to the SERENTİ PAMUK OTEL team 👏👏👏🤲🤲🤲

It's clean and right in the heart of the city. The price is reasonable for town, just don't expect too much.
