Buca Apart

I booked just 20 minutes before reaching Izmir on a road trip and only expected an affordable place with good reviews. The hotel and room were extremely clean, and the staff were very friendly, so it beat those expectations. The area seemed like a college campus, with lots of younger students, and there were plenty of affordable dinner options since it felt less touristy. Driving to the Izmir waterfront took about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Breakfast was included and great. I’d highly recommend it. The staircase might be challenging for very old people, but it’s worth every penny, and you can feel the effort they put in.
