We booked after finding the hotel online, choosing a room with a jacuzzi. The listing showed 150 TL, but they asked for 350 TL, and we agreed. We checked in around 2-3 PM, but there was still no hot water at 10 PM. They said the boiler was in protection mode and would be fixed, but did nothing after we complained. The room itself was falling apart. They didn't believe us and insisted the jacuzzi worked, saying they'd never had a complaint before and this was the first time they'd heard about it. Since we only accepted the higher price for the jacuzzi and couldn't use it, I thought of paying 150 TL, but my wife stayed quiet, so I paid 250 TL and left. I absolutely don't forgive them for this.

We spent last night in one of the suites. The coffee tables were so dusty that I wiped them myself, and there was a cigarette butt in the toilet. I asked for tissues several times, but nobody brought any, so we had to go out and buy them. The cleaning was spotless, apparently. No one seemed to care.

They call it a room, but it felt more like a storage space. We found used soap and sheets, plus a duvet, mattress, and towels that smelled awful. The whole place was filthy, neglected, and chaotic. I photographed everything and plan to complain to the relevant authorities as soon as I can. This doesn't feel like a hotel, more like a party house where people have casual sex, and the photos they use are misleading. I honestly wouldn't go. It'll waste your money and ruin your day.

I stayed for a week and never once saw anyone clean the room. The place reeked of cigarettes, and the windows wouldn't open. There's soap instead of shampoo, the remote control was unusable, and the bedspread was full of holes. In the bathroom you have to sit sideways on the toilet. The nightstands were yellow with grime, the floor was uneven, the parquet was swollen, the walls were peeling, and an outlet was broken. Nothing like the photos.
