I booked one night, but fortunately I could cancel. The receptionist was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional, so I left without checking in. The hotel looked awful and dreary. Don't go there. About the owner's reply: the receptionist didn't greet me when I came in. Please check your video; he was rude and unfriendly. I was confused about whether I'd paid and sat down to check. The receptionist got agitated and spoke loudly, almost threateningly. Once I realized I hadn't paid, I tried to pay online. Then he made a gesture that's understood internationally to show I was stupid. I left, and I'm glad I did. The owner said they wouldn't expect honest feedback. Why wouldn't I be honest? I'd cycled about 100 km all day, arrived after dark, and was tired. I was glad to think I'd found a roof for the night. Instead, I had to bike eight more kilometers to another place, which turned out much nicer. And I'm not the only one giving it one star, judging by the poor average of 3.2. Keep up the good work at your dreadful place. I'm posting this elsewhere too.
