New Iday Hotel

The location was nice, about a nine-minute drive to town, and the breakfast was good. Our room had enough space and facilities, but there was only one AC, in the living room, and it didn't cool the bedroom, so the two of us slept there on a single bed instead. The old AC only blew air without cooling. We could sleep, but it would be better if they replaced it.

We had a lovely time enjoying the clear, calm water of the Aegean Sea and relaxing on the nearby private beach, just a short walk from the spacious, well-located apartments. The setting at The Palm Club, Kusadasi, Turkey was beautiful, and the pool area was clean and peaceful too. We also really enjoyed the fresh, flavorful Turkish food. Thanks to the Palm Club family for their hospitality and for making this place available. We leave with fond memories of Kusadasi’s warmth and beauty. There were spiders and insects all over the room, it was disgusting. We found underwear on the balcony floor, the floor wasn't mopped or cleaned, and the bathroom door kept swinging open and was very hard to shut. The electricity went out in the morning. We changed rooms for one night and plugged every hole in the room because bugs and spiders were everywhere. They wouldn't refund our money. The worst.

There was music for an event until midnight, which I wasn't happy about. The rooms weren't dirty, but they were badly kept and managed. There were stains all over the floors and furniture, and the shower was so rusty the doors wouldn't close. Not a nice room.
