The rooms were adequate, and breakfast was fine, but the stay was much worse than the five-star listing suggests. We had to haul our luggage through the snow a long way to reach our room, with no help at check-in or check-out. Staff weren’t especially welcoming or useful, though they weren’t rude. During the day, chairs and tables scraped around constantly in the café directly above our room. At night, two outdoor parties near the guest rooms played loud music until about 1:00 AM. We hadn’t been told about either event before booking or arriving, which felt misleading and left us unable to sleep. We still had a great trip to Cappadocia, but I’d advise people to look beyond the high rating and keep their expectations in check.

The location made getting around so easy. It’s right in the center, and unlike many places nearby, you don’t have to climb a steep hill after being out all day. We loved our bungalow, and the property has a lovely spacious feel with a big heated pool. The rooms were comfortable and nicely designed. Breakfast was delicious each morning, the restaurant was great, and staff were attentive and helpful throughout. One small thing: housekeeping hadn’t restocked the toiletries before we arrived. I noticed at around 11 PM, too late to call reception. Everything else was truly lovely, and the property felt relaxing with excellent service.

My little bungalow was great, though it was hot. The place is in a perfect spot, with all the restaurants within walking distance. Finding reception in the dark was difficult.

The rooftop is a disappointing place to watch the balloons, since hotel guests have to order food and drinks at the bar. There’s a better viewing point a short walk away where you can see them freely. The breakfast kaimak was the best part. The room was spacious, the air conditioner worked well, and the beds and towels were fine. The cleaning was okay, though nothing special.
