The food was disgusting and covered in flies. There were cockroaches in the rooms, and the fridge was filthy. Our room was dirty when we arrived, as if someone had just picked up their cases and left. We had no clean towels at check-in or for the rest of the week, because the cleaners never came. Check-in took 1 hour 20 minutes, and the staff were rude. The whole outside area is dark after 11 pm. Don’t pay for the Wi-Fi, it doesn’t work. The whole hotel needs to be condemned.

Stupid rules, bad food, and an awful stay. The worst hotel I've ever been to.

The food was a letdown: in five days, chicken was the only meat we had, and that was just twice. Fresh salad was hit or miss, with mostly tired tomatoes. Our room went uncleaned for all four days, and we had to plead with reception to get towels. We also reported a toilet problem in the morning, but it wasn't fixed until the staff took care of it themselves that evening. This place doesn't match its star rating. They seem to make an effort, but it doesn't get them far. My stay was almost all bad, and pretty much everything felt wrong.

We picked the cheapest place as a starting and ending point for the Lycian Way, knowing what sort of gamble we were taking. That explains the three stars from me. The previous reviews were right: no hot water, uncleaned rooms, smelly plastic cups, and sour, foul-smelling wine. The whole place feels worn out, and staff seem not to care about guests' problems. The other guests seemed willing to overlook the same issues for a low price. One morning the coffee hadn't been put into the machine, so people got a cloudy drink instead of cappuccino and queued for it.
