Three friends and I had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed several of the activities the staff recommended. Reception was super helpful, everyone was kind, and the location was wonderful.

The rooftop deck was a great spot to see the town and the hot air balloons launch, so there was no need to head up a hill like others do. We were close to the center, about five minutes from cafes, restaurants, a local grocery chain, and Burger King. It’s a 16-minute walk to Open Air Museum. I nearly went into Burger King, but my daughter talked me out of it. Front desk staff spoke English well and gave us helpful answers to our questions about local things. Our shuttle pickup was before breakfast hours, so they set out breakfast items for us to take beforehand. Breakfast was plenty for me: three kinds of cereal, real scrambled eggs, French toast, local bread, butter, and cheese. Our room for three, for me, my wife, and our daughter, had a small fridge, coffee maker, roomy stand-up closet, two nightstands, and heating and A/C. The bed was firm enough for me to sleep well. As a Hilton Diamond member, I wouldn’t compare the room to Hilton standards, but it was more than adequate, especially since there aren’t chain hotels in Gerome and places are locally owned. We had an excellent stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The customer service was the best part for us. Every staff member was friendly and made it clear they wanted to help us enjoy our visit. They also made arranging transport easy and helped us avoid spending too much on tours. We appreciated being able to get into our room early and check out late for an extra, but reasonable, charge. The room and bathroom were spacious and nice, and we were close to everything we needed.

Right in the heart of Göreme, this hotel is great value. The spacious rooms are stylish and super clean, and the terrace views are amazing. The staff are cozy-place friendly, too. We got a great price from them for hot air balloons and other activities, so don’t book those ahead. They also helped with airport transfer and restaurant recommendations, among other things. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want a comfortable place with super friendly staff!!!!
