Castle Cave Hotel

The rooftop has magical views, and the hotel is close to the town center. The authentic cave rooms are lovely too. Mehmet is a very nice, hardworking, and super helpful person. Bayza is cool, beautiful, and so helpful. All the staff were great, and they answered quickly whenever I needed something. I love this place, thanks so much for everything. 😊🥰

The location and breakfast were the only good parts for me. I chose the hotel mainly because I needed early check-in after an early flight, but despite asking, they didn’t make arrangements. While we waited, nobody offered even water, tea, or coffee. The room had old furniture, an uneven mattress, a constant bad smell, and an ugly, stinky toilet. There was no window, so it felt suffocating. Smoke from a chimney outside came in during the evening, and loud music from nearby hotels made it hard to sleep. The room was said to be soundproof, but it wasn’t. I had to leave the door open for ventilation. At checkout, no one helped with our bags. They should either cut the price by 50% or refurbish the property. I wouldn’t recommend it. To the owner: please check my reservation. I booked for a family of four and we stayed as booked, with no extra guest. I checked out at 9am, well before the regular time. You can blame us, but what about the smell and poor furniture? Nobody told me to wait for a staff member to help with the bags.

The room was clean, and breakfast with a view was top notch. Umit and the staff were so kind and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t regret staying here!
