The staff were helpful, and breakfast was good, though I would have liked more protein choices. Our ground-floor room had a window facing the road, which wasn't ideal.

The location worked really well for us, about a 7-minute walk to downtown and 20 minutes on foot to the mountains for hikes. We spent one night in a spacious cave room with a jacuzzi and hot water. Unlike other cave rooms I've stayed in, it didn't smell damp or musty, and the price was reasonable. There was lots to choose from at breakfast, including cookies and cakes. They made us an omelet when we asked, and had brewed coffee and Turkish tea. The reception and kitchen teams were great, and they even let us use their dryer for free. Salim and Barish were especially good at reception, and the manager and kitchen staff were helpful and cooperative too. We'd definitely recommend the place.

We stayed here as a family with kids, and the owners were so friendly. The hospitality was amazing. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for genuine Turkish hospitality.

We were just a five-minute walk from the center of Goreme, and the hotel has a couple of lovely terraces without needing to climb up the narrow roads to some of the higher-view hotels. Since we had a car, the parking right outside was handy. Baris at reception was relaxed and friendly, spoke great English, and suggested tours without pressuring us. Our cave room was cozy and had air conditioning, so we didn't notice dampness like some people mentioned about other hotels. The decor was eclectic. Cleaning could have been better, as some spots were dusty. It also got loud in the hallway when people came into the room next door, even at 1am. Maybe they didn't realize others could be sleeping. Breakfast was a buffet upstairs with a broad selection of Turkish mezes, gozleme, pastries, cookies, salad, fruit, jams, deli meats and cheeses. We found it comfortable for a decent price.
