Everything was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained during our wonderful stay. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed something. They made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We really enjoyed being here and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you for such a lovely visit!

Cuma sorted out our airport shuttle and car rental, and did it all with such a kind, efficient attitude. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots to choose from, and chef Ali made the terrace feel lovely, right down to the music and little details. Orcun, the manager, also went out of his way to help us track down a package that had been misplaced. The team was wonderful, thank you all! Our room was very hot, though, and it was on floor -1 with tiny windows.

The rooms were clean, the staff were great, and the price felt like very good value. Breakfast was the best in town. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

Book the Love Valley room if you can. Its balcony looks out over spectacular views, including the hot air balloons. Mr Abdullah was a big help and can arrange balloon bookings for much less than booking outside. The service and staff were amazing, and breakfast was just right. Thanks for making our stay such a great experience.

The rooms are roomy and quiet, and the staff are polite, friendly, and always willing to help. It’s a clean place in a good spot, set away from the noisy areas but only a five-minute walk from the city center. I didn’t watch the balloons from the hotel roof. I walked about 20 minutes to the viewpoint instead. Breakfast was decent and I found enough to eat, though I wanted more food overall and some dishes were too greasy for me. I’d choose this hotel again if I came back to the area.
