We loved our stay here for our pre-wedding shoot. The hotel was clean and very good, and it was so convenient being close to Goreme city center. Most of all, the customer service stood out. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Thanks for such a pleasant stay!

The night receptionist was really nice, though I felt the morning receptionist could have been friendlier. We enjoyed the hotel and its location near the center. There were a few service issues, but they seemed minor and easy to discuss. Some rooms had stains; the staff kindly let us switch rooms. In the end, it was a good stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

Breakfast was plentiful, and the people there were lovely, as were the cats 🥰 The room was spacious and soundproof. I’d recommend the hotel. If you’re arranging a balloon flight, motorcycle, or car rental, though, it’s cheaper to go straight to an agency instead of buying through the hotel.

We had a comfortable, clean room and a very generous breakfast with something for every taste. The hotel is also ideally placed for walking around goreme. Volkan and Emre at reception were a big help with our Capadoccia tours, finding us good tour agencies and the cheapest baloon flight. I’d suggest asking the reception team for information.
