The room was average, wasn’t cleaned during our two-day stay, and we didn’t get fresh towels. The front desk staff seemed more focused on upselling than helping and were unprofessional. Prices for the airport transfer and ATV rides were also too high. The balloon ride was about 30% above market price, and they refused to cancel it when we asked. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I chose the owners again this year for my mother’s vacation after meeting them during my stay in Göreme a few years ago. They’re wonderful people, and I’ll definitely come back to stay with them again!

The location was great, near the sunset point and an easy walk from the bus station. Wi-Fi was good and the staff were kind. I was the only guest at the hotel, so breakfast was pretty average: everything was heated frozen food, with nothing freshly prepared. It was a unique experience overall, but I took off a star for breakfast. Maybe our timing at the end of March was wrong.

The central location made it easy to get around the neighborhood and nearby attractions. Staff were genuinely hospitable and went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. My room had thoughtful details, and the warm welcome at check-in set the tone for a delightful stay. I liked the cozy feel alongside the modern amenities, which made it comfortable without losing that sense of luxury. This charming boutique hotel exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to return to this hidden gem. Highly recommended!
