Breakfast was a treat every morning, and the owner was hands-on, helping serve and checking that guests had what they needed. The whole family runs the hotel together, which gives the place a welcoming feel. Chipa, their very friendly dog, and the sweet cats around the property were a lovely touch. From the hotel, it’s a short walk to the city centre and there are spectacular views of the fairy chimneys. The owner arranged our skiing, Green Tour, balloon experience and airport transport, so the trip was stress-free. We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel and highly recommend it for comfort, good service and a genuine family atmosphere.

The location worked really well for us, close to the balloon launch and viewing spots, and breakfast was filling and very good. My friend and I spent two nights here and had a lovely stay. Nihat was polite and helpful, including carrying our luggage at check-in and checkout and arranging a hot air balloon tour. The rest of the staff were friendly too. The hotel was clean and spacious, and we'd happily recommend it.

The team made the stay feel especially warm and well cared for. The manager and staff were attentive and thoughtful, and they made booking our hot air balloon ride easy. There was also coffee, tea, and dessert in the afternoon, a nice touch. The breakfast was generous and delicious. I read plenty of reviews before booking and don't usually write long ones, but this place deserves it. Our room was spotless and spacious, and the hotel itself is beautiful. You can see the balloons from the room, and the terrace and breakfast area have incredible views. We had an amazing time in Cappadocia, easily a 10/10 stay. I couldn't recommend it more.

The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of Turkish cheeses, eggs, bread, and sweets. The service was impeccable, and the location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the village center and its restaurants. We spent three nights in the basic double room. It was simple but fine for sleeping, while everything else about the cave hotel was superior. It's family-run, and the manager was welcoming and kind, answering all our questions and doing his best to make the stay memorable. We agree he succeeded. Thanks for everything, Nihat and Family. We hope to see you again.

Nihat helped us plan the balloon flight and excursions, including finding a Spanish-speaking guide to take us to all the places we wanted to see. That made our Cappadocia trip wonderful. The hotel is comfortable and beautiful, with stunning views and an excellent location. Breakfast was delicious, and every staff member was kind and welcoming. We'd gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.
