Hira Cave Hotel

The rooftop terrace was a real gem. Each morning and evening, we watched Göreme, its valleys, the sunrise, and hot air balloons drifting over town. The view was spectacular. We had to leave early one morning before the usual breakfast service, but the owner arranged breakfast for us anyway so we’d have something to eat before setting off. That extra kindness made a big difference. Communication was smooth throughout, with quick replies before arrival, helpful suggestions for tours, balloon rides, and local food, and check-ins to see that we were comfortable. The owners and staff were hospitable from the moment we arrived, warm and attentive, and made us feel like part of the family. Our room was spotless, cozy yet spacious, and beautifully maintained, with tasteful cave-style decor and modern comforts. Everything worked, and it was clear they care about upkeep and comfort. Hira Cave House is a top choice for Cappadocia, with fantastic rooms, a great view, and true Turkish hospitality. Highly, highly recommended.

We had a great stay. The place was clean and charming, with a beautiful view from the rooftop. Restaurants were within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed it!

We really appreciated being allowed to check in early. This was the only hotel to let us do that. The location was perfect, about a five-minute walk to town, with a nice view of Goreme both day and night. We stayed two nights in a fantastic room. The staff and cats were all lovely, and the receptionist showed us around the hotel. Fatima made a good breakfast and Turkish coffee. Thanks again for the early check-in!

They even packed sandwiches for us when we had to leave early, such a thoughtful gesture. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were spacious, carved into a cave, and a unique experience. It’s a small hotel where the hospitality really shines, and you feel like part of the family. The rooftop views are breathtaking, a must-see if you’re coming to Cappadocia. The staff were attentive, and the hands-on owner was one of a kind, kind and welcoming from the time I booked. He happily helped arrange everything, from hot air balloon rides to day trips, with real dedication. Thanks so much for everything. This place is a gem and I’ll definitely be back.
