2/10
The rooms were okay, but the service at Silver Palms was awful. There was only one staff member handling everything, and the attitude was horrendous. We had to ask for basics like towels and toilet paper, and water was leaking in the bathroom. It felt like we were the ones working for the hotel. They advertise breakfast, but the portions wouldn't fill a cat. Booking here was a huge mistake. Stay away.

A very good place in a nice location, and the staff were helpful. It could use some maintenance, though.
