Koza Cave was a wonderful finish to an already incredible trip to Cappadocia. We weren’t the easiest guests, but the kind, diligent staff helped us with so much. When we needed a last-minute shuttle from Kyseri Airport, they gave us both cheaper and more expensive options to choose from. After our balloon flight was cancelled because of bad weather, they offered to help find another operator. They also booked a reasonably priced taxi back to the airport at short notice and made us breakfast before the usual start time when they saw we had an early departure. They suggested Seten for our first meal in Cappadocia, and it was incredible. Our room was immaculate, smelled divine, and was more comfortable than we expected. The place felt boutique without being pretentious, and the staff were welcoming throughout. Even small things, like a red wreath with two roses on the table or a towel folded with rose petals, made the stay feel thoughtful. Most of all, they cared about our problems, questions, and experience as if it were their own. I can’t recommend Koza Cave and its kind staff enough.

The rooftop made the stay for me. It’s the highest spot in town, and you can watch the balloons floating above the city at about the same height as the terrace. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the whole place felt cozy. Staff at reception were so kind and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Breakfast felt like home cooking, like eating at your parents’ house. I fell in love with the hotel and its staff. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip. Thanks for making this visit one of our best memories.

We got married photos on the rooftop, the views across cappadocia are that good. Our king suite had a fun, quirky layout, with little windows giving lovely views from all around the room. Breakfast had a great selection, and it’s an easy walk to the center. The staff were really friendly and helpful with everything. Best hotel in cappadocia!

Breakfast here was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel: fresh, traditional Turkish food, and so tasty and filling. The room was even better than I expected, and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. They surprised me with an upgrade when I arrived, which was incredibly kind. The staff were amazing too. I’d absolutely stay at Koza Cave Hotel again. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

We booked a junior suite and were really grateful when they upgraded us. The hotel has a nice breakfast and helpful staff, and it’s centrally located near plenty of places to eat. There are three cute cats and a dog, and the rooftop has a really good vibe.
