The staff were exceptionally helpful and had a great sense of humor. The rooms were very good, the toilet was clean, and breakfast was good too. 😊😊

We stayed for three nights, 8th - 11th May 2025. It was peaceful at night, away from pubs, clubs, and loud music, which I really loved. The hotel is about five minutes from the centre, close to restaurants and markets, and within easy walking distance of many places. The hilltop spot for watching balloons up close is around 17 minutes away, and I’m sure you can also see them from the rooftop. Service was 100/100. The night watchman was so nice, spoke English, and spoke gently even when using Turkish. He communicated really well with guests, answered all our questions about the city and activities, helped us with WiFi, and stayed in touch over WhatsApp when we needed things. They also arranged transfers to and from the airport. It was 10 euros from Kayseri airport to the hotel. They can help arrange all sorts of activities, including a hot air balloon ride for 180-270€ per person depending on the day and weather, a 2.5-hour ATV trip to valleys and sunset spots for 40€ with two people able to ride, and horse riding. Breakfast is served from 8-10AM. The abla working there was lovely and helped me when I needed it, and they’ll make omelettes if you ask. Thanks for the service. Just keep in mind that the rooms aren’t soundproof. We could hear water running upstairs or next door, people talking in the corridor, and room cleaning after 9AM. We woke up early for the balloons and hoped to rest midday, but there was too much noise from different places. Our family room was in the semi-basement, with its window facing the ground floor seating area. Between about 2-5PM, we could hear people sitting outside chatting. That could matter if you want to rest in the room, though less so if you plan to be out exploring all day. We had a good stay, thank you!

Göreme is a magical place, and staying here made our visit even better. The room and location were great, but the staff stood out most. They were incredibly kind, always ready to help, and went out of their way to make the experience special. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend it!

Friendly staff and good value for money. I had trouble sleeping comfortably because the bed creaked every time I turned over. The toilet water also wouldn’t drain properly and sat there stagnant.
