Luna, a lovely and very friendly dog, greeted us each day. We spent three nights in the Jacuzzi suite, which was an incredible and unique room. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with a good range of choices.

Breakfast was superb, probably the best we had on our whole trip in Turkey. The rooms are beautiful, and the location is ideal, with lots of shops within walking distance. The only hard part was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom of our deluxe suite. Since it was a cave, it stayed cooler than outdoors, and there was an AC unit in the entryway, but the bedroom was down a hallway several meters long and didn't get much of that air. A ceiling fan in the bedroom would have made it perfect.

The hotel sits right in the middle of Gerome, and you can see the balloon ride from the rooftop. Its design gives a convincing cave-like feel, and the rooms are nicely built. We had a suite with a jacuzzi, which was a great way to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Staff were really helpful, and breakfast was Mediterranean-style with cheese, juice, salads, and other options. A lovely experience, and I'd recommend it!

The hotel's spot in the middle of town was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and guest parking was handy. The Standard room was clean and spacious, with good air conditioning that we needed in August. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the included breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Laundry service was €15 for a 5kg bag and came back the day after drop-off. It was good value and I'd stay again. At night, loud music from a nearby bar continued until around 10pm. There was also an occasional smell from the toilet, like a sewage problem, though it seems to be common in other hotels in Turkey.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist or suggest great tours. My cave suite was a unique experience, and the hotel is very well located. The Wi-Fi in the room was a little weak, but I didn't mind, it helped me disconnect and enjoy the stay more. Breakfast was good. I had a wonderful visit and would definitely recommend it.
