The owner’s kindness stood out even after we checked out. He kept messaging for two more days with advice on the hot air balloons, including where to go, when to get up, and the best places to watch them. In my whole week in Turkey, I didn’t meet anyone as genuinely hospitable. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and warm and welcoming, with a wonderful breakfast each morning. Everything felt authentic. I recommend trusting this place despite the few bad reviews. If you’re staying in Göreme, it’s worth it and good value for the price. Thanks for making our trip so special! 🇹🇷🎈✨

Room #1 was beside the entrance and could get noisy at times, and the ventilation was poor, with no fresh air circulation and only a tiny bathroom window that opened. If quiet matters, pick another room. The rest was very good: a convenient spot a few minutes' walk from the viewpoint and central places, friendly and caring staff, and free parking out front. Our room was clean and had what we needed. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and there’s free coffee 24/7. The rooftop viewing area was excellent, with balloons flying right overhead at sunrise.

We arrived around 8am after a 10-hour bus ride from Pamukkale, traveling as 10 adults with 3 very young children. Since we were exhausted and rooms were available, the host kindly let us check in right away at no extra cost, well before the normal check-in time. One room had a booking problem, but the supervisor sorted it out. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the heart of Goreme, though there’s a bit of an uphill walk. We managed fine. The terrace has a nice view, especially of the hot air balloons, and we especially loved the traditional Turkish breakfast bread. I’m still thinking about it.

Algan really made our stay special. When our other guide canceled at the last minute, he helped us book an event we really wanted to do with only about 10 minutes' notice. He was on top of anything we needed. The rooms were cozy and spotless, breakfast was great, and the views were good. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

The rooftop views were mesmerizing, and there were tables and chairs up there where you could relax. What impressed me most, though, was the service. The manager, owner, and reception team were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. A beautiful hotel.
