Phocas Cave Suites - Special Class

The staff were helpful, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast was great. It’s close to historical sites. If you’re traveling without a tour guide, I’d suggest renting a car to make getting between sites easier.

A mutual connection recommended this hotel to us, and Mr Bekir, the manager, exceeded our expectations. The service felt premium but came at an affordable price. His genuine hospitality made the stay memorable. I’d also like to thank receptionist Mert for being so kind and providing wonderful service.

The room was clean and had all the amenities, including a heater. The staff were very accommodating when they learned our airport flight was very early, and prepared breakfast for us, even though we hadn’t expected it. It takes about 8-10 minutes to get to Goreme. The terrace is a real advantage, with a clear view of the hot air balloons in the morning. There are a few tourist attractions nearby, though we only found out about them ourselves, so it’s worth asking. We also liked the nearby restaurants, which cost less than an ordinary cafeteria in Istanbul.

We had a massive presidential suite with a hot tub, and it was a 1000000/10 experience. The room was impeccable, the breakfast amazing, and the rooftop view of goreme and the balloons was beautiful. Parking was a little difficult, but the staff either parked for us or gave us directions. We’re grateful for how far everyone went out of their way to help, and we’ll stay here again when we return to cappadocia. Bekir was extremelyyyy helpful throughout our stay. We were on a really tight schedule, and he managed to arrange all the excursions we wanted to do in cappadocia.
