Sergio, the owner, is what makes this place feel so special. He treats every detail of your trip as if it were his own, and we felt right at home. The hotel also has beautiful, spotless rooms and a picturesque rooftop with an amazing view over Goreme. Breakfast was decent and varied.

The owner made us feel like VIPs, and personally helped us try to rebook our balloon flights after they were cancelled for a couple of days. That support meant a lot. The hotel is a great base in Cappadocia, just a short walk from the main shopping and dining area. The terrace looks over the city and beyond, breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the rooms are new and bright. We’ll be back!

The terrace gave us a spectacular view of the balloons, and the hotel made our honeymoon feel effortless. It was cosy, with an impeccable breakfast and five-star service. Sérgio deserves a special mention as a wonderful host. He was attentive, made us feel at home, and shared tour information, restaurant suggestions, and places to visit. We spent five nights here this November and had a fantastic time. Sergio was helpful and easy to talk to, and let us check in early since nobody had been in our room before we arrived. The on-site parking was handy. We loved the terrace, the comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms, and the unbeatable location. Thanks to Pashahan, we’ll always remember our time in Goreme fondly!

Sergio, the owner, gave us such a warm and sincere welcome and made us feel at home right from arrival. He was kind, attentive, and full of useful advice. The hotel itself is clean, welcoming, and cared for down to the smallest details. Its convenient, quiet location worked well for relaxing and exploring the area. It’s rare to find such thoughtful, personal management, and I highly recommend staying here.
