Leila at reception was really helpful and nice. She offered suggestions and advice, and chatted pleasantly while I waited for my shuttle. The location and included breakfast were good, the rooms looked nice, the beds were comfy, and the terrace had excellent views of the balloons in the morning. I took a point off for the bathroom smell when I arrived. I left the door open and fan running during the day, and that seemed to clear it. I visited in March, and the winter sewer system might have caused it rather than the hotel. It was minor to me.

Leyla, the hotel head, was so warm and kind, and helped us a lot with advice and arranging tours. She made our stay memorable. We also had a lovely, spacious family room, and the location was great.

The hosts were great and did a lot to help me and my friends. They found us an airport transfer and activities, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with freshly made omelets, yogurt desserts, olives, couscous, several cheeses, and chocolate croissants. Our family room had a queen bed and three twin beds, plus a large walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. Elysee Cave House hotel is pretty, with spacious accommodations. There are roses in the courtyard, and the upstairs patio has a sunroom and a beautiful view over the mountains and the town below.
