The room was extraordinary, very warm and authentically maintained. You only really understand how nice it feels once you’ve stayed in it. Breakfast was made fresh every morning, simple but VERY delicious, with loads of healthy options. The receptionists were friendly and happy to explain what the tour bookings included, suggest things to see, and arrange shuttles to tours or the airport. We barely had to do anything ourselves. Even though we arrived late, we were offered free tea or another hot drink, as you can get in the lobby. Room service was available, though we didn’t use it. The cleaners were respectful and always asked nicely if we needed anything. They also left bottles of water outside our door, which we really appreciated.

The rooms and common areas were spotless and very well cared for. The location was an ideal, beautiful base for exploring the area, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and ready to help. Every detail, from comfort to service, felt thoughtfully handled. Kayatas Cave Suites was a wonderful experience, and I’d happily return and recommend it.

We loved how welcoming the staff were, and the location is perfect, close to downtown. Breakfast was good, and they kept changing it up while keeping the things we liked on the menu. The room is really nice and cozy, with a perfect bed after a long day walking around the area. The amenities were just what we needed, especially the hair dryer! 😆

We arrived after a long journey and were able to check in early, which meant a lot. The receptionist was incredibly kind, patiently answered our questions, and gave us great lunch and local recommendations. The whole staff was warm and ready to help. The peaceful, beautiful property is in a perfect location, and the rooms and common areas were spotless and clearly well maintained. Every detail showed care. We left with lovely memories and would wholeheartedly recommend Kayatas Cave Suites.

Mr. Han went out of his way for us and arranged both an early check-in and late checkout. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable after a long day travelling. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and gave attentive service. The hotel exceeded my expectations, with comfort, quality, outstanding service, and a great location. I highly recommend it.
