The balloon views from the property were unforgettable, and breakfast was something we looked forward to each morning, with plenty of variety and good-quality food. The hotel itself is beautiful, full of charm, and clearly well cared for. Most of all, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and their genuine care made our stay even better. One of the best places we’ve stayed in recently. Highly recommend it.

Room 116, the fairy chimney room, was full of surprises: antique decor, a balcony we loved, and a bathroom tucked behind a bookshelf. The hotel was also well placed for the activities we had planned. Breakfast was high quality, and the staff there were attentive. The thoughtful service started before we arrived. Omar got in touch on WhatsApp to ask about our arrival and offer help booking excursions. After our 13-hour drive, we reached the hotel close to 10 pm, tired. He walked us to their sister restaurant, the excellent Michelin-rated Seten, and made sure we were looked after even though the kitchen was about to close. They also helped us find parking, which was a challenge on the hill with so few spaces. Those little touches made us feel at home. Kelebek group’s customer service was the icing on the cake of our Cappadocia stay.

The terraces are a lovely spot to watch the hot air balloons, and the Happena restaurant has a delicious menu. We stayed five nights in a beautiful cave room, with helpful staff and a stunning setting. Breakfast was really good, and the spa and hammam were so relaxing. I’d absolutely recommend booking that during your stay. It was a great amount of time to explore Cappadocia, and I’d stay here again if I come back.
