The staff were always ready to help with a smile, and when I came in with my kid in a stroller, they helped me with the door and stroller every time. The breakfast felt home-like, simple but absolutely delicious, and the ladies looking after it were so kind and caring. The hotel was in the best location, close to everything and very convenient. Everyone was welcoming, and the whole stay felt like home. Highly recommended!

The KING FAMILY SUITE was huge, beautiful, and super clean. I loved every bit of it, and it felt worth every bit of money spent. It was super reasonable too. An absolutely wonderful experience, definitely recommend!

We spent the evenings after touring the area hanging out at the rooftop bar, which was a very good spot. The staff were attentive, and overall we had a good stay. The location is quite central, and the rooms looked good with great bathrooms. We stayed on 7/4/25 and booked four rooms. There could have been more space for our things: the coffee and kettle were squeezed onto the fridge, with no table space. Breakfast was okay, though there weren’t many options.

Breakfast was on the third floor, with an amazing view of Gerome, especially when the balloons were flying in the morning. They served traditional Turkish breakfast, with eggs and other items made to order. My family and I had two rooms for three nights. We liked that staff didn’t disturb us to clean or make the beds, and the rooms were very clean with hot water. The location was good and walkable. There is an elevator in the three-floor hotel, and it’s not really a cave hotel, but neither bothered us.

The young guy at the counter was unbelievably rude and got annoyed when I asked about the Wi-Fi, which had been set up terribly. I’ve never seen an employee act irritated with a customer like that. Is education illegal in Turkey or something? There are plenty of hotels nearby, so go somewhere else.
