My August 2026 reservation was still months away, but the hotel refused to refund one of the two rooms I booked after I canceled. I hadn't realized they don't accept children. They canceled one booking and rejected the cancellation for the other, leaving it confirmed and keeping all my money. They have six months to rent that room to someone else. I would not recommend this hotel.

For four people, the room was clean, including the bathroom, and breakfast was included at a very low price. We paid 2.4KTL in a tourist area, so I'd expected something more like a hostel, but our stay turned out great. The staff treated us respectfully too.

They can arrange tours at a good price, and the location, room, and staff communication all left me satisfied. It's the best option I've found in this price range. Recommended!

Fara at reception was so friendly. I left my phone at the hotel, and she kindly put it aside for me until I came back to collect it. The hotel is very nice and well located. ‼️

The host was very nice and let us check in a little early because of our situation. We had a nice experience.
