The breakfast was fresh each morning and had local products, and the rooms and location were good. It's a quiet, cozy place right in the city center, with really, really nice and friendly staff.

The service and staff were the worst.

I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Van, and this was the dirtiest and most mediocre one. There was hair from the previous guest all over the bathroom floor when I arrived, and the nightstand drawer was full of dirt. The floors hadn’t been swept, and the bag of trash I left in the hallway sat there for two days. The bathroom was in awful shape too. The toilet wouldn’t flush and kept beeping through the night, so I couldn’t sleep. The taps were moldy, the shower head was broken, and the hose kept coming loose while I showered. Don’t stay here. You’ll catch a disease. This place doesn’t deserve even one star.

The room quality and breakfast were amazing. Thanks for all the interest and attention, and a special thank you to our brother Mahmut for looking after us.

For two nights, it was an acceptable hotel for the price, and the location was very good. Breakfast could use a little improvement. I'd recommend it if you're looking for an economical place.
