They made check-in easy from the start. The receptionist welcomed us warmly and was very friendly and helpful. A great first impression and excellent service!

I left as soon as I saw the room. There was a COCKROACH on the bed and floor, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I found the whole experience frightening and traumatic. I asked for a refund even though I hadn’t stayed, but the front desk refused. He also refused to give me my passport. I reported the cockroach, but the front desk person was extremely rude and unhelpful. I think his name was Akbar, he was a Kurdish guy who understood Farsi. When I took a photo of the room as evidence, he and another staff member threatened that I’d be “in trouble” if I didn’t stop. I was scared for my life. This place was a complete disappointment. I wish I could give it NO STARS. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The room was tiny and dark, with no window and a broken TV. I travel a lot, and this was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The bed was comfortable and the price was fair for what you get, but the room wasn’t clean. The receptionist is stupid.
