The rooms were spotless and had no odors, and the air conditioning worked well, which matters in the summer heat. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had a good range of choices. Many staff members speak Farsi, which made things much easier for Iranian guests, and the team were kind and professional. Mr. Mesut at reception was especially helpful. He went out of his way to arrange a comfortable, safe return trip for my parents, and that support made a real difference. As long as he's managing the hotel, I feel I can trust the service. I've stayed at other hotels in the region, and this one earns its 5-star rating. Highly recommended!

The room was big, clean, and comfortable, and the receptionists were polite and helpful. Service was good, with free tea available all the time. It's also a good spot, just a short walk from the main street. We highly recommend staying here.

We were here for four nights, and everything was perfect. The staff were always around when we needed them and were helpful. They also have free tea all day long.

I stayed here about a year ago and everything was fine, with a good breakfast. The only problem was the room refrigerator. It smelled really bad and was useless.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even though they couldn't speak a word of English. Breakfast was splendid, in the style typical for Van. The location is very central, but it stayed pretty quiet the whole time we were there. Recommended if you're after a well-run, locally owned independent hotel.
