The location was noisy, and breakfast quality could be better. On the plus side, the room was clean, the Wi-Fi was good, parking was available near the hotel, and it was close to the city center and shopping mall.

I spent 10 days at Hotel Rusen suite, and it was one of the best parts of my trip. The managers and owner were present and kept an eye on things, while aiming to give travelers 5-star service. Staff and management treated guests with full respect and were very professional. The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean. You can try the excellent traditional breakfast at Rusen hotel. I'd recommend it for short or long stays. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location is good, but my one night in Van city was ruined by the heat. There was no fan or air conditioning, and we couldn't sleep because it was really hot. The rooms are quite small for somewhere called a suite. Why put a kitchen in a suite if there isn't a stove or any kitchen equipment like pans and dishes?

I stayed for 5 days, and the rooms were very clean. The staff were kind and polite, and breakfast was very good, almost like a 5 star hotel.

A 4star suite in a good spot, near cumhuriyet st. and restaurants.
