We were two families visiting Van on a friend's recommendation, and parking was available at this easy-to-find central hotel. We were welcomed with smiles, offered tea in the lobby, then shown to our rooms. They were very clean and well equipped, and the breakfast buffet was generous. They even offered coffee afterward. Such a hospitable place, I'd recommend it to anyone passing through and would stay with peace of mind :)

My first stay at the Royal Sevens Hotel was a very positive one. The reasonable prices felt fair for the comfort and service, and the central spot near restaurants and shops was a real plus. Staff were helpful and friendly, with quick check-in and check-out. My room was clean, spacious and modern, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and other amenities were clean and worked properly. Breakfast was adequate and made with fresh ingredients. A safe choice for business or leisure.

It's a very new, clean and spacious place, with parking and a generous breakfast. The staff are respectful too. And it's right in the center, close to the shopping mall. What more could you ask for?
