The rooftop restaurant was a real highlight, with excellent food, outstanding service, and a breathtaking view over Istanbul. Everyone on the restaurant team was friendly, efficient, and competent, and the waiters made us feel comfortable. At Momento Hotel, Serkan was especially kind and attentive and helped us feel at home. The reception staff were consistently caring and professional, checking in on how our day was going and whether we needed anything. We felt welcome as soon as we arrived. The location made it easy to get to the main sights, restaurants, and neighborhoods. The atmosphere and service, along with the rooftop view, exceeded our expectations. We were very comfortable and would choose Momento Hotel again on a return to Istanbul. Thanks to the whole team for making the stay memorable.

We stayed nearly a week and would happily do it again. The hotel is at the edge of the Galata neighbourhood, near túnel and about 5 minutes from Galata bridge, which puts you by the 2 main bazara. Great location and a fair price.

The rooms were clean, though the twin room felt a little small. What spoiled the stay was checkout: a staff member accused us of taking a soft drink without paying, which we hadn’t done. It was upsetting and left a bad mark on what could otherwise have been a pleasant visit.
