The staff were welcoming, kind and always ready to help. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but they helped me find a nearby lot that cost 15 euros per day. The rooftop view was amazing, and breakfast had an excellent range of choices. Ferman Hotel Old City is also in an excellent spot, very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the metro station. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

We were there over New Year's and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great, and the front desk was helpful. It's a good hotel in Sultanahmet, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, Blue mosque, the main square and all the other highlights in the Sultanahmet area.

The location was perfect for exploring the old city, and the rooms were nice. We had a wonderful stay, with amazing staff. Omar at the front desk was especially helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to any of my friends visiting Istanbul.

Finding a hotel in Istanbul took me ages. There are so many, and since I'd never been before, choosing was overwhelming. I'm so glad I picked Ferman. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Ömer and Selçuk deserve a special mention. They were lovely and made us feel right at home, which made our stay so much better. I'd definitely recommend it, 10/10!

It's on a small, narrow street, but the area felt very safe even at night. Restaurants and shops are close by, and the Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia are only five minutes away on foot. Our room had a great balcony view of Hagia Sofia. There's also a rooftop terrace looking out over Bosforus Straight, where breakfast is served. The rooms are large and very clean, with comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. Toiletries, a kettle, tea and coffee were provided. Reception staff were welcoming, nice and helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of options. I highly recommend the hotel.
