I ended up here as a last resort during a long layover. It’s quite close to the airport, less than a 10-minute Uber ride. The suite looked grand from outside, but inside it felt really old and only so-so clean. There were leftover cleaning items, and the kettle was awful, with old tea leaves still inside. The walls and windows weren’t soundproof either. I was exhausted, which didn’t help, and it’s not an experience I’d repeat. Still, it might suit some people, especially larger groups.

Ottoman Suites was the dirtiest hotel I’ve booked in 25 years, and the condition was completely unacceptable for the price. They also charged me an extra 200 L for paying by card, which felt unreasonable and unprofessional. My stay was extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Please don’t book this hotel.

The airport location worked well for our overnight stop. The room felt cramped for four, though, and while the toilet was clean, its flush didn't work properly. The kitchenette was poorly equipped and the cupboards were falling apart, so I wouldn't choose this place for a longer stay.

The WiFi didn't work, and the air conditioning was broken. We won't be coming back. We also had a terrible experience with the staff: the manager spoke to us badly, and the reception team was rude and unhelpful. We called half an hour after leaving because belongings worth about 30.000Tl had been stolen. They did nothing and wouldn't admit the items were at their hotel. We've stayed there a couple of times, but the service was really bad. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It was a very bad hotel and staff experience, unlike anything we see every day.

There was no hot water, and I couldn't get a room that didn't smell of cigarettes. Closed spaces smelling like that are horrible. Honestly, the worst hotel and experience.
