Beyoglu MLS Hotel

The room was disgusting, with mold all over, as the pictures show. Our sister had a separate room and that one was moldy too. The smell was unbearable, and we couldn't sleep or shower there. We checked out the same evening we arrived, but the hotel wouldn't refund us. Expedia wasn't helpful either. The service was awful. The man downstairs was creepy and completely unhelpful. The location felt unsafe, with many suspicious people around and no police station nearby. Please don't book this place. It was the worst day of my life. If I could, I'd give it no stars.

The staff were consistently polite, and housekeeping came every day with complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The receptionist was especially kind: he let me check in early, gave me his WhatsApp number in case I needed help, and always got back to me quickly. When I mentioned that my first room was noisy because of nearby bars, he moved me to a quieter one right away. It's a lively area, so some noise is to be expected. The room was small and mostly clean, though there were a few marks on the walls and cigarette burns on the table. The sauna downstairs was a nice extra, and the location was excellent for cafés, restaurants, and public transport. MLS Hotel Taksim was great value for its price and location. I'd give it 3 stars for cleanliness and 5 for the staff service. A good option for affordable comfort in the heart of Taksim.

Mostafa was especially kind and helpful during my amazing week at MLS Hotel. He made check-in and even small requests easy, and always greeted me so warmly. The whole staff made me feel welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and its location was perfect. The service made the stay even better. I'd definitely return and recommend MLS Hotel to anyone visiting.

The atmosphere was peaceful, the room was clean, and they provided daily room service. The location made it easy to get around: Istiklal Street, Galata Tower, and Taksim Square were all nearby, as were the stations. Reception was helpful whenever I needed it, especially Mr. Mostafa.
