The location worked well, about a 15-minute walk from Ortakoy, and the free parking was useful. Inside, though, noise from next door came through as if it were in our room, possibly because of the walls or central ventilation. There was also a bossy woman walking around asking people questions. Don't get caught.

I've stayed in plenty of luxury five-star hotels and apartments, but none seemed as carefully prepared for guests as this apartment building. They'd thought of little things like toothbrushes, toothpaste, cleaning kits, and makeup sets. The clean, horizontal architecture is striking, and it's near the center of Beşiktaş. Easily the most comfortable and best hotel/apartment I've stayed in. Congratulations to the owner! 🙌

Getting around was convenient, with markets and other amenities nearby and Ortaköy about a ten-minute walk away. But the room was extremely hot because the central heating couldn't be adjusted, and I couldn't sleep. The standard room window looks onto the hotel corridor, making it stuffy as soon as you walk in. Noise was awful too: we could hear conversations and everything the people next door were saying and doing, and the cleaners shouted and made a lot of noise around 9 am. The pillows had dust and black stains. I don't think I'll stay here again.

My friend and I have picked this place many times because the area is convenient and feels safe for getting around. The staff are really attentive, and the rooms are clean, though a little warm since the central heating can't be adjusted. We're back again today :) Ms. Tuğba was there to welcome us.
