I couldn’t change the booking because my friend had made it, and I wish I’d been able to. This place was awful. I gave one star for the rooms because there wasn’t a lower option, two for the service because the young staff were trying so hard to cover for management’s mistakes and carelessness, and two for the location near the city center. In room 303 on the third floor, the shower leaked across the bathroom, and the toilet seat stayed upright unless you held it down to sit. The hairdryer and TV didn’t work. The sheets were old, smelly, and had holes, and the room smelled of cigarettes. No one came to clean even when I asked in person. When I asked for help with any of this, they told me to wait, then never showed up. Breakfast was very poor. One young woman seemed to be preparing food for more than 200 people, as far as I could tell. There were dirty dishes and leftovers on lots of tables. The serving area had no plates, cutlery, or bowls, and the food had run out. Think twice before staying here.

The reception staff made this a really bad stay. They seemed annoyed by even basic questions, acted as if I was bothering them, and showed no interest in helping. I expect better from a professional hotel. I wouldn’t recommend the place and won’t return.

Despite the lively street nearby at night, we didn’t hear any noise from outside. The hotel is right in the city center and reasonably priced for the area. Water collecting in the bathroom was the one problem, though they cleaned the room whenever we asked. Service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

The location is fine, but there’s no air conditioning, and the elevator was out of order most of the time, even though our room was on the fifth floor. When I asked for the room to be cleaned, nobody came. The staff only speak Turkish, not English or Persian.

I switched to another hotel on my second day. It cost the same but had much better rooms, service, and breakfast. Given what this place offers in its rooms and service, the price is far too high.
