Breakfast had lots of good options, and the hotel is just a short walk from the city center. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the service was exceptional. I had a wonderful stay in Göreme.

The terraces are lovely for taking in the views of Goreme, and the hotel sits in a really quiet area. We also appreciated how clean everything was and all the thoughtful little touches that give Grand Caves its cave feel. What stood out most was how kind everyone was. Even after checkout, we could come back from quad biking and rinse off the dust with a much appreciated shower. Such a wonderful stay, highly recommended!

The food was delicious, and the room was really clean. I loved how comfortable the bed was, too. It’s an easy walk into the center.

The welcome and customer service were great. The Wi-Fi, though, was very poor, which isn't good for a hotel. They also have just one iron and ironing board for everyone, so guests have to wait if somebody else is using them.

The staff were friendly and polite, and our warm room looked just like the pictures. We were a five-minute walk from the restaurants around Göreme town center. The tour companies all know the hotel, and if you haven't booked anything, the staff can quickly find you a tour for a fair price. You won't regret staying here.
