The terrace was the best part for me. You can take in Cappadocia’s beautiful landscape at sunrise and sunset, and it’s an unforgettable view. The local breakfast was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely, and the service was great. The price felt very fair for what you get. It was my first time in Cappadocia, and staying in this dreamlike cave hotel made the visit special. The owner was so welcoming and helped arrange local tours at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely stay here again, especially as a backpacker or independent traveler.

The view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed it every day during our four nights. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Staff were kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, and the hotel felt warm and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Our room was comfortable and well kept. The cats around the hotel were such a lovely touch. We highly recommend Harman Cave Hotel and would happily return. A great stay from start to finish.

The view is magnificent, and the huge terrace gives you a clear look at the balloons. With several terraces, it’s easy to find your own corner. The hotel is charming, just like the pictures, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The two concierges we met answered questions on WhatsApp before we arrived and helped us book things both in person and about two weeks ahead. Breakfast is included, with enough variety. The rooms really are carved into caves, not fake, and our cheapest ground-floor room was clean and nice, with good heating and AC. I imagine the pricier rooms are even cooler. The location is great for panoramic views and balloon watching. If you mainly want to walk around town, it’s a 5-10 minute walk, and the way back is uphill. I’d seen so many fake reviews while searching that I wanted to share our real experience.

The one drawback for me was breakfast starting at 8:30 a.m. I like heading out early to explore the valleys and watch sunrise over the balloons, so that felt late. Even so, the stay was unforgettable, with comfort, authenticity, and soul. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. The softly lit stone rooms and the quiet walls, along with the little courtyard’s scent, gave the place a magical, timeless feel. Each room seemed to carry old stories. Staying at Harman Cave Hotel was a wonderful way to experience the soul and authentic charm of a real Cappadocia cave hotel.

We visited during the year-end festive season, and the hotel was nicely decorated. It’s in a central area, with magical rooms and all the features you’d expect, including a very big bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel.
