Mosaic Cave Hotel

The people and cleanliness were the best parts of our stay at Mozaik Cave Hotel. Mustafa and his wife were kind and professional, and helped sort out a booking issue. They also let us use another room later, which we really appreciated. Cihan and Mohammed were friendly and helpful too. The breakfast was fresh, well prepared, and nicely presented, and the girl who made it did a great job. Our room had heating and air conditioning, but it still felt quite cold in winter. The uphill walk to the center takes about 12-15 minutes and can be tiring. There are also some nicer options among nearby hotels. We had originally booked a cave room but were advised to switch to a suite because the cave rooms can be smaller and more humid. The hotel was cozy and clean, and the price can be reasonable if you don't mind the uphill walk.

The calm atmosphere made the hotel a pleasant place to come back to, and it's close to downtown restaurants, food shops, and coffee shops. Our room was in natural rock, which is a nice experience if that's what you're after, and the hotel has everything needed for a vacation. Sunset Point is about a 20-minute walk, and Goreme Open Air Museum is around 30 minutes away. Mr. Mohamad was especially kind and helpful. He arranged an airport car and land tours for us, including the Hot Air Ballon and Green Tour. He also prepared breakfast for us when we returned late from the Hot Air Balloon and when we left early in the morning. Many thanks for his support.

Jihan and Mohammed took such good care of us at Mosaic Cave Hotel. They were kind and accommodating, and helped arrange our tours and airport shuttle. We loved the location, and the daily breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast, service, and view were all great, and we had a satisfying stay. We also booked the hot air balloon and green tour through the hotel, and that worked out well. Thanks so much, we'd definitely recommend it!
