The gym smelled like a sewer, and the AC in my room wasn't working. When I asked about it, they said some units worked and others didn't. The whole experience was garbage. Don't assume the Ramada name means the standards are good. At best, this is a 2-star motel. I don't see how it can be called a 5-star hotel.

I was awake on and off all night because the air conditioning wasn't working. After driving for six hours, that made for a horrible stay. The staff called the manager, but she only apologized, as if that was enough after I'd spent the whole night waking up. I stayed at Ramada Gumushane yesterday.

The spa was good, and there's a very well-stocked Migros supermarket downstairs. Shops and restaurants are a bit far away, though. My room was already somewhat worn and had a faint cigarette smell. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with very helpful, friendly staff.

Mr. Recep made us delicious coffee every day, and I'd especially like to thank him. The service was exceptional, and the staff did more than expected to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown.

The staff were wonderful, always smiling, kind, helpful, and ready to guide us with whatever we needed. Ramada By Wyndham Gümüşhane is a warm place where you can enjoy some peace of mind. I strongly recommend it to everyone, especially families. 5/5
