Canan, the hotel owner, and the whole staff are gems. I was stuck at the hotel for a few days with food poisoning, and they took such good care of me. The patio has a great view, and breakfast is enough for a Thanksgiving dinner. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was perfect, and the location is good. The hotel is an old local mansion that's been converted, but our Zeugma room was smaller than our friends' and never warmed up. The AC didn't work very well, and there wasn't an extra blanket, so we were freezing.

Great food and cold beer in the courtyard make it hard to leave. It's a wonderful historical hotel in Halfreti, with each room furnished individually. I'd especially recommend the Zeugma room for its comfort, design, and gorgeous views of the Euphrates. Avoid weekends, when it's full of locals from Gaziantep and Sanliurfa. Booking directly with the hotel will likely get you some great deals.
