At least the hotel is close to the beach, but I wasn’t satisfied overall. The glasses were dirty and not washed properly, and the ground-floor toilet was dirty too. The rooms have very poor sound insulation, so you can hear the people next door talking. The room cleaners stomped loudly along the hallways, making it impossible to sleep at noon. The hotel music was the same playlist going round and round.

The meals were disappointing, with little choice, no butter for the bread, and no toast. The rooms were tiny and unpleasant, and the balcony felt smaller than my toilet. Staff were rude, the safe cost extra, and Wi-Fi was 35 euros. There was no water in the fridge, and we weren't allowed tea or coffee after 10pm, or even given any in the room. Calling this all inclusive is ridiculous. It's definitely not a four-star hotel, and I wouldn't give it one star. If you've booked already, change hotels quickly.

The location was the only good thing. The food was disgusting, so we ate out, and there was no entertainment. We could hear someone in the next room being sick. Our room key opened another guest's door, and the staff were rude. You also have to pay for Wi-Fi, and the drinks stopped at 10. In the room, the mattress was yellow, the phone was cut off, the fridge was unusable, and there was no kettle. The balcony was tiny. The corridors were pitch black because the lights switched off too quickly. There's no way this deserves to be called all inclusive, let alone four star. Worst hotel ever.

We booked through a travel agency expecting a four-star stay and got what felt like a Turkish version of Motel 6, with even worse service. The staff were aggressive and completely unprofessional, and every interaction came with an attitude. The food was awful and made my whole family ill. Drinks were limited to Tuborg beer and one option for vodka and each of the other spirits, all bottom of the barrel. I argued with staff about how embarrassing the resort was, and it caused so many problems that I couldn't enjoy the rest of my stay. The hotel across the street is a hundred times better. Don't waste your money here. This place is a scam.

We ended up eating breakfast every day at a local cafe, which was very good. At the hotel, breakfast was the same each morning, just ham, cheese, boiled eggs, no bread, and an omelette station outside. Lunch and dinner didn't change either. The pool bar hygiene was especially bad. The barman only rinsed glasses under the tap, and I came home with my mouth full of ulcers. The first room, on the third floor, was dark and felt like it came from the 1940s. When we couldn't lock the door, the receptionist spoke down to us and came up to demonstrate how to press the button. We asked our Loveholidays rep to find us another hotel or a better room. He said we'd been spoiled by staying in other parts of Turkey before. We were moved to a fifth-floor room, which was much better. This was the poorer part of Turkey, and the hotel showed it. Even the transfer arriving and the door opening made us think we'd made a mistake. We stayed four days, and it was easily my worst holiday. I wouldn't recommend it. One thing to watch for when searching online, Kleopatra Ada kept redirecting to Kleopatra Beach, which is right on the beach.
