The riverside gardens are lovely, with places to sit among trees, shrubs, and flowers and watch boats go past from dawn to dusk. It's quiet, so it suits a peaceful break if you're not looking for entertainment. The hotel has family and adults-only sections with separate pools and room for up to 200 people. Breakfast is perfectly adequate, with omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. The lunch and dinner menu is fine, though it doesn't have as many Turkish dishes as some other places. It's a comfortable 10-minute walk to the start of Dalyan's restaurants, then another five minutes to the main street, harbour, and main restaurant area.

The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Staff were incredibly responsive, kind, and sweet. It's a beautiful riverside setting with a calm, relaxing atmosphere, ideal for enjoying nature and stepping away from daily stress. This may be the best hotel in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone after a calm, memorable trip.

The location is great, but that's about it. It's a three-star hotel, and the rooms aren't very good, though the superior rooms on the Spa side are fine. The separate Spa booking process is confusing when it seems to be just one hotel. Breakfast coffee is terrible, and they've chosen not to fix it. The room doors have an alarm that sounds through the whole hotel if you leave one open, which is bizarre. There are also too many signs telling guests not to bring in outside food or drink. I made a point of not eating at the hotel.

I went to Dalyan Resort with my mom in the summer of 2025, and it was just the peaceful, relaxing holiday we wanted. We had a great time together and came away with lovely memories. The river setting is beautiful and everything felt well looked after. Our room was comfortable, the spa was a great experience, and the staff were kind and welcoming throughout. It was a lovely place to slow down and unwind, and we'd definitely return.

The rooms are a bit old, but the sheets and towels were very clean. It's right by the Dalyan River and close to the town centre. I liked the breakfast, though I didn't really enjoy the restaurant food. The clean rooms and pool, along with the attentive staff, are why I'm giving it five stars.
